These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MYTHOS application ("App") developed and distributed by K.I.R.E. (Knowledge Is Relational Epistemology), operated by Dela Amekporfor ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using MYTHOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subject to these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use MYTHOS on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business purposes.
Your license is valid for the number of devices or seats specified in your license key. Each license key may only be used by the individual or entity to whom it was issued.
You may not:
MYTHOS and all intellectual property rights in and to the App — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and the underlying KIRE epistemological framework — are and remain the exclusive property of Dela Amekporfor / K.I.R.E. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Access to MYTHOS requires a valid license key issued by K.I.R.E. License keys are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke a license key if these Terms are violated. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your license key if it is shared or compromised.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. These Terms apply to all versions of the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without liability to you.
MYTHOS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K.I.R.E. and Dela Amekporfor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
